All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the item, and we will assist in providing a replacement. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes.

Shipping times mostly depend on your location, and may also be delayed due to the Holiday season.

For merch, shipping times will be calculated upon purchase. We are not responsible for any late deliveries.

For CD’s, shipping will take 2-4 week within North America. For international shipping, the process may take 6-7 weeks. Updates will be made available on IG @tae_hauk.
